Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We try to ship to as many places as possible. You can also contact one of our authorized dealers.

You can see the countries we ship to on your cart page or at checkout. If we don’t ship to your destination, please contact us and we will try to study an ad-hoc shipping solution for your specific case.


Shipping costs

We use UPS or DHL exclusively and we get really good rates which we pass on to our customers.  Shipping is quoted live for each order when you checkout or at the cart page. We can also use Correos Spain for national orders.

Customs, duties & taxes:

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: prices in the website include VAT. Orders shipping to EU Countries (European Union) are covered under UE Policies and do not incur any other duties or taxes.
  • 🌎🌍🌏 Orders shipping worldwide (non EU Countries) may be subject to various customs fees, taxes, etc.  Each country is different, and we have no control over these costs. We suggest you check with your local import authority if you are not familiar with the taxes that may be charged. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also do not declare international shipments as “gifts” or under-declare values.


Time it takes to ship out from our workshop

  • Standard Series: 1-3 business days.
  • Custom Shop: It will depend on the specific product and the customization technique chosen (we must respect drying times, nitrocellulose curing times, etc), but we will always attempt to dispatch the order within the “Building Time & Shipping” shown on the specific Custom Product. If any extraordinary situation will occur that could delay the shipment (high demand, unforeseen circumstances, etc), we will keep you promptly informed via email.


Delivery time

The delivery date will depend on the destination of the package and the courier service contracted, taking into account that all our orders are shipped from Spain.

For international orders we always use quality services with UPS or DHL, with estimated delivery times of 1-5 working days, although they may suffer some delay due to customs procedures or in periods of high international order traffic.

However, we will always provide you with a tracking number in the Order Confirmation email so that you can track the package. Anyways, if you will have any problem, please feel free to contact us.
