Introducing the Custom Shop version of the ÁMBAR Dual Overdrive. Here, you can fully customize in nitrocellulose finish our standard version to match your unique style. You design it, we build it. The ÁMBAR CS (Custom Shop) is based on the legendary Klon and TS10 circuits, enhanced with key refinements that offer greater versatility and a broader spectrum of tones, all while preserving the original character. With added controls like a BASS potentiometer on the Klon side and a PRESENCE knob and STOCK/OPEN switch on the TS10 side, along with the ability to stack the circuits in either order, the ÁMBAR CS delivers a wide array of tones, from the iconic sounds you love to entirely new possibilities.

Please Note: Depending on the finish or technique chosen, we may need to account for certain technical processes such as drying and curing of nitrocellulose, which require specific timeframes. Additionally, the overall time may vary based on our current order volume. All work is performed by hand in our small workshop, so your patience is greatly appreciated. The estimated build time is as indicated on the website; if any unforeseen issues or delays arise, we will inform you. However, please feel free to reach out with any questions at any stage of the process.
We use genuine guitar-grade nitrocellulose lacquer, available in a variety of iconic colors such as Surf Green, Lake Placid Blue, and Aztec Gold. You can mix and match these finishes with different knob colors and faceplates to create a truly one-of-a-kind pedal. Every pedal is handcrafted, and the relic process we apply is a blend of instinct and artistry, ensuring that no two pedals will ever be exactly the same—that’s precisely the charm!
After applying the nitrocellulose coats and allowing them to dry and partially cure, we apply the artwork by hand, one by one, using a silkscreening technique in our workshop. This process results in a design that is not only unique but also built to last. However, like the nitro finish, the silkscreening will naturally age over time, developing more dings, scratches, and a vintage patina that enhances its character.
